Tai Chi and Ayurveda The power of concentration
There is a free Tai Chi lesson in the yoga house twice a week. Individual lessons can also be booked for a small fee. Our Tai Chi Master Thilak has been practicing Tai Chi for many years.
Our ability to concentrate is disturbed by the constant overwhelming of stimuli and information. Our concentration often jumps restlessly from one object to another. This is very difficult for a concentrated, goal-directed lifestyle. We can counteract this process by training our concentration through Tai Chi.
Awareness is the first step to change. Hold your focus on any object more often and watch what happens. Letting go may be enough to make room for new knowledge. By e.g. directing your focus on a fun activity and paying attention to what is happening behind your thoughts, you may be able to guess a direct connection to your soul. Via this connection, which is omnipresent, flows the information that is right for you at the moment.
